Exchanges and Refunds

1. Procedure for defective exchange and return application
"Attach 2 to 3 images (overall image of the product and enlarged image of the defect) that can prove the defect within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product."
Please create a return application form along with the order number or contact us.
Returns and refunds are only possible for items that have not had their tags removed and are unused (trying them on is acceptable).

2. Exchanges and returns due to customer's convenience
We cannot accept exchanges due to customer convenience.
In case of return, please contact us with the information below or create a return application form.

Please note that in the case of exchanges and returns due to customer reasons, the round-trip international shipping fees, customs duties, and value-added taxes will be charged.
Please be aware that it will be a burden on the customer, so we kindly ask you to place your order with sufficient caution.

3. Shipping Fee
Return shipping costs due to customer circumstances will be borne by the customer.
If the total amount of your order after the return is less than 7,000 yen, a shipping fee of 600 yen will be deducted from the refund.
In the case of incorrect delivery, defective returns, or exchanges, the product amount will be refunded via the payment method used.
The shipping fee sent by the customer can only be processed through site points or PAYPAL.

※ If you are returning the product, please be sure to use the same delivery service provider that you received it from.
Any additional charges incurred by using other delivery companies will be the responsibility of the customer, so please take this into consideration.

4. When exchange or return is not possible
If 7 days have passed since the product was received
If dirt occurs on products of bright colors (such as white or ivory)
· Products that have scratches, dirt, or damage that occurred at the customer's location and
·In case of damage to or disposal of tags (washing instructions, product box, accessories), etc.
· Products that have been washed, altered, repaired, or cleaned after receipt
- If used for purposes other than trying on
·Products returned without prior contact with the Customer Service Center
The actual color may differ slightly due to the monitor environment and lighting at the time of shooting, so it will not be treated as a defect.
·The actual measured size may vary by 1 to 3 cm depending on the measuring position.
Also, due to the material characteristics, there may be a difference of 1 to 5 cm in the NEET.
In such cases, we are unable to exchange or return due to defects, and we kindly ask for your cooperation.
·Please be careful as denim products may transfer color to other items.
There may be areas where the finishing process is insufficient (such as loose threads) or chalk marks due to the manufacturing process, but these will not be treated as defects.

5 Refunds
Once the returned item arrives here, we will confirm it and process the refund.
